PAYMENT METHODS:

Discount Prices: Available when using Cash, Venmo, or Cash App. Also, for booking on certain days of the week.
General Price: Pay online through the Eventbrite Ticketing System. Credit Cards, PayPal, Apple Pay
Tips should be given in cash at the event

CANCELLATION POLICY:

General Guidelines for Basic Events with Limited Equipment:
75% refundable of the booking total if canceled seven days prior to the booking date. No credit for the 25%.
50% non-refundable of the total booking, with no credit available if canceled within 48 hours of the event
No refund or credit for lateness or other issues that prevent attendance or result in leaving the scheduled time slot.
Larger Event Bookings ($10,000+): The refund policy may vary based on additional talent, pre-event preparations, and purchased supplies.

For Outdoor Bookings:

If there is a weather issue, please provide an indoor option to safeguard your booking payment.
If a booking is canceled due to weather, a minimum non-refundable booking fee applies: $75 for small groups up to 14, Budget-Friendly Packages/Premium/VIP/Weekly Clients; $150 for large groups up to 25, Premium/Corporate.
