Private Booking/ Payments / Cancellation & Weather

1. Discounted Rates: Available when paying by cash, Venmo, or Cash App, and for bookings on select weekdays.
2. Standard Rates: Pay securely online through our Eventbrite ticketing system.
3. Gratuities: Tips are appreciated and should be given in cash at the event.

All private bookings must be paid in full to secure the requested date and time.

Inquiries, verbal agreements, and booking requests do not guarantee a reservation. Dates and time slots are available on a first-paid, first-confirmed basis.

For standard private yoga and wellness experiences requiring limited or no equipment:

• 7 or More Days Before Event: 75% of the total booking payment is refundable. The remaining 25% is non-refundable and cannot be used as future booking credit.
• 48 Hours to Less Than 7 Days Before Event: 50% of the total booking payment is refundable. The remaining 50% is non-refundable and cannot be used as future booking credit.
• Less Than 48 Hours Before Event: No refunds or credits.

These policies reflect advance scheduling, reserved instructor time, staffing commitments, and lost booking opportunities, especially for early morning events.

Outdoor experiences are weather-dependent.

To safeguard your booking payment, please arrange a suitable indoor or covered backup location in case of unfavorable weather.

We may also be able to provide an indoor location for an additional fee, subject to availability. For weather-related cancellations made at least 48 hours before the event, the following minimum non-refundable booking fees apply:

$75 Minimum Fee

• Private 1:1 Sessions
• Small groups of up to 14 participants
• Express and Signature Packages
• Weekly private clients

$150 Minimum Fee

• Large wedding groups of up to 25 participants
• VIP Packages
• Small corporate bookings at our beach location
• Single reserved event time slots at beach location

Refunds for Weather Cancellations

Standard cancellation terms still apply. The applicable cancellation fee will be retained from your payment, with a minimum of $75 or $150 depending on your booking type.

You will never be charged both fees separately.

Weather cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are not eligible for refunds or credits.

Extended Bookings: Events requiring extended onsite hours, dedicated staff, specialized equipment, setup, or additional preparations are non-refundable once confirmed.

Weather cancellations made LESS than 48 hours before the event are not eligible for refunds or credits.

As a courtesy, rescheduling may be available if another time slot opens at the last minute.

• Rescheduling is subject to instructor availability and is never guaranteed.
• A $150 fee per hour of instructor time reserved for the original booking applies to compensate for lost instructor time.
• Any additional venue, staffing, or equipment costs may also apply and will be disclosed before confirming the new time.
• If no alternative time is available or the client declines the rescheduling fees, the original cancellation policy remains in effect.

All experiences begin and end within the originally scheduled booking time.

No refunds, credits, or time extensions are provided for late arrivals, early departures, missed appointments, travel delays, health issues, weather conditions, or other circumstances preventing participation.

By completing payment, you acknowledge and accept all booking, cancellation, weather, and rescheduling policies.
