Important Notice: We consistently monitor the weather for our outdoor classes and events.
We do not assess conditions too far in advance, as they can change. Instead, we start tracking the weather a couple of days prior, focusing on the HOURLY weather radar rather than the daily forecast. This includes monitoring wind, cloud cover, sunshine, temperature, rainfall, and potential flooding that may affect streets on the way to us or the green space turf lawn.
We specifically observe conditions at OUR locations instead of relying on the general daily forecast for the entire broward county area.
During certain times of the year, Floridaβs tropical weather can be quite unpredictable ( summer) Forecasts can shift overnight! It may predict rain in the morning, only for it to turn sunny as we giet closer to our event time. Additionally, one part of town may experience rain while another stays dry!
Ticket Holder Updates (prepaid and hold spot pay cas at check-in):
As you go through the ticketing process, please read all details carefully to prepare accordingly, as highlighted several times and also your email ticket confirmation.
While it is uncommon, if we must cancel classes or events, or delay timings due to weather, traffic, or other factors, a last-minute message will be sent to all ticket holders via Eventbrite.
For large events, we aim to notify you at least 90 minutes in advance, as we are on-site two or more hours beforehand setting up. For weekly classes, updates will be sent at least 60 minutes in advance, as we may already be present for private bookingsβunless an unforeseen emergency arises which is rare.
Make sure to check your email and spam folder for any messages before heading to the classes and events. After reaching out to ticket holders, we will also share updates on our Instagram and Facebook pages, so please check those platforms if you haven't received an email. Just incase!
