Booking a private experience is a fantastic way to start the upcoming days of festivities by engaging in a fun and uplifting practice to create connection. This is a fabulous experience that can also be your main activity for the day!
🏖️ Beach Experience:
- Groups usually come to our main beach location to relish the serene atmosphere, enjoy the wide open beach with no overcrowded beach chairs, easy parking across the street, and is just down the street from all the hotels, restaurants, and bars to enjoy afterwards.
- This is perfect to soak up some beach time before the weekend activities ramp up.
💧Mobile Option:
- Alternatively, we can come to your Airbnb if you plan to spend the day by the pool.
🌀 KEEP FLOWING
Take a time during the celebration days for a balancing practice that’s designed to recharge and reset your energy.
🤔As your in the celebration flow, remember:
- *Avoid over-scheduling your weekend activities, especially if you’ve been drinking the night before.
- Weather: It can get very hot and humid in the summer time, we do not recommend booking movement classes on the beach close to 12 noon time. Poolside 11-4 pm are recommneded.
- Allow extra time. If you're heading to our beach location for this experience, make sure to allocate extra time for swimming, soaking up the sun, and having fun after class at the hotels and bars.

Mid-Celebration or Conclusion: Restorating Practices 🧘♀️✨
At the midpoint or end of your celebration, we offer restorative yoga and/ or wellness practices tailored to help everyone unwind, relax, and reflect on all the delightful moments experienced. 🌿😊

- Enjoy a spacious and tranquil area, free from the crowded beach chairs found elsewhere, with ample metered parking available for those driving!
- It's ideal for private groups seeking a serene beach atmosphere, while still being just a block from the lively beach scene.
- We're just 1 block from all major hotels and resorts.
- Across the street, you'll find a variety of small food shops, bars, and convenience stores.
- This location also serves as the hub for our public weekly Beach Yoga classes and Full Moon events. ( here )
