- Groups typically schedule sessions on Thursday or Friday, though weekends are also available.
- These days are among our most sought-after and booking fills quickly.
Beach Experience:
- Groups usually come to our main beach location to relish the serene atmosphere, enjoy the wide open beach with no overcrowded beach chairs, easy parking across the street, and is just down the street from all the hotels, restaurants, and bars to enjoy afterwards.
- This is perfect to soak up some beach time before the weekend activities ramp up.
Poolside Option:
- Alternatively, we can come to your Airbnb if you plan to spend the day by the pool.
- (Plus, we offer discounts for weekday bookings!)
🌀 KEEP FLOWING
Take a time during the celebration days for a balancing practice that’s designed to recharge and reset your energy.
Popular Days:
- Weekends. Groups typically gather at our serene main beach location on Saturdays and Sundays. After the class, bask in the sun and immerse yourself in the lively weekend atmosphere at the beach bars and restaurants - just down the street. Alternatively, we can come to your AirBnB for convenience.
As your in the celebration flow, remember:
- *Avoid over-scheduling your weekend activities, especially if you’ve been drinking the night before.
- Outside bookings on the beach: It can get very hot and humid from April - October, we do not recommend booking movement classes on the beach past the time 9:00 am during these months. It can be very uncomfortable for some participants.
- Allow extra time. If you're heading to the beach for this experience, make sure to allocate extra time for swimming, soaking up the sun, and having fun after class.
😌 WIND DOWN & REST
Halfway through - or at the conclusion of your celebration, we provide a restorative practice designed to help everyone release, relax, and reflect on all the enjoyable moments.

- This typically takes place on Sundays and Mondays.
- Groups appreciate this chance to unwind from the activities and simply enjoy a day of rejuvenation and togetherness.
